Drug Treatments:
We require a £400.00 deposit for all Drug treatments. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing (email) of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is received and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.

Treatment Evaluation
Drug treatments are based upon a set number of days. It may become evident through the detox program that the individual is not following the treatment program or does not want to end their drug usage. This does not happen very often but when it does, further treatments sessions or a break in treatment may be required. Any additional treatment sessions will incur additional costs and a break in treatment will result in lost treatment time. We reserve the right to charge £395.00 per session for any additional treatment sessions over the agreed number of treatment days.

All Appointments & Missed Appointments
Appointments are made for consecutive days at the agreed times. Appointment times may be subject to change and will be agreed daily if any changes are required. If clients are late for an appointment this will be deducted from their treatment time. If appointments are missed they will be deducted from the course of treatment and we are under no obligation to offer or provide alternative days in lieu.

Refunds & Cancellations
Deposit refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing to of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. Unused Treatment Sessions
If any client fails to complete their course of treatment or if the individual completes the course of treatment earlier than expected, there will be no refunds issued for the unused treatment sessions.

Guarantee
No addiction treatment facility are able to offer individual assurances or personal guarantees as any treatment carries an element of risk and individual responsibilities and experiences may vary.

Treatment is provided based upon these terms and conditions and all clients agree to these terms when making an appointment for treatment.
